The "Guid" property in "Element Specyfic"  property set is an IFC Globally Unique Identifier. Tekla GUID's may be different and can placed in the object's properties during export to IFC.  

BIMvision opens only Open BIM file format. These are Industry Foundation Classes files, with *.IFC or *.IFCzip extensions.
