BIMVision can’t show Geometry of a file

Hi BIMVision Team,

I have enriched an IFC file with some proxy elements that have a basic geometry (specifically IfcRightCircularCylinder), my issue is when I try to view it on my favorite IFC Viewer (BIMVision), the geometries don’t appear. The proxy elements that contain the geometry do appear in the structure view, but they are marked as if they don’t have their own geometry.
My question in this forum is due to the fact that the same IFC file shows all the geometries when viewed using xBimXplorer or FZKViewer (see screenshots), but BIMVision doesn’t show it.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you and regards.

Hi,

We have opened the file you have sent us and found out that all the elements have their geometry. Please go to Objects->Not selected ->press Transparent and a Pin (Keep state). If you select the elements in property tree, you should see geometry of the elements.

If you still have a problem, please send the screens to contact@bimvision.eu.

Best regards,

BIMvision Team
